EAA Chapter Ten-83 Supporting all Recreational Aviation

EAAgles Nest Update

Here are some things happening at the EAAgles Nest -
Last weekend we did some changes at the EAAgles Nest.  We move the kitchen and serving area into the left "wing" of the Hangar.  This opens the middle section up to be able to seat 60 people and still be able to walk between the tables.  We also don't have to carry everything 50 feet though the crowds from the fridge and stove area to the serving area.  The beverage station is now right next to the serving table.  On the right "wing" of the hangar is the business section.  Now we can use that office area without working around the serving table stuff.
The biggest help for these changes was Bob Fulmer with some help from Louie Moore and Les Bradway .  It took us only about an hour and a half but we still have some straightening, cleaning and reorganising to finish the project.  Dianne and I will be doing some of the organization this week so we are ready for First Saturday.  I will purchase some to the things we are missing from our cooking and serving tools along with some new containers to store our supplies in.    Jack
