EAA Chapter Ten-83 Supporting all Recreational Aviation

Order Charts and Suplements

FAA Charts and Publications

I Good News,  Just recently we have made an agreement to purchase or Aviation Charts at a Discounted Price.  The cost to us is slightly higher than we paid when we could purchase direct, but we can still highly discount these charts compared to other chart services or when you would purchase at an FBO.  To save on shipping, we will be make one order monthly unless a quick turn around, special order is required. In this case we will do a drop shippment directly to the member and the full shipping charge will be charged.  I do have an assurance that they will be especially carefull on shipping charges and will only charge the direct price charged by UPS or the USPS.  Flat rate boxes or envelopes will be used when possible. Please fill out the form at the bottom of the page.  Make a note that special handling and special shippment is required.

Here are the prices that we will be charging:

Sectionals               $7.75

WAC's                    $7.75

Airport/Facility         $4.50

IFR Low Altitude Enroute $4.50

Terminal Procedures      $4.50

We will still stock a few local Sectionals ect, but we will keep our inventory down since they do not issue credit as before.  We could get outdated chart credit, but the discount for all orders is much less so the price per chart would be greater.  The items shown below is only the most popular items, there are many more available.

VFR Sectional Charts

Member Price $7.75

VFR Sectional ChartsSectional Aeronautical Charts are designed for visual navigation of slow to medium speed aircraft.  The topographic information featured consists of a judicious selection of visual checkpoints used for flight under Visual Flight Rules (VFR).  The checkpoints include populated places, drainage patterns, roads, railroads, and other distinctive landmarks.  The aeronautical information on Sectional Charts includes visual and radio aids to navigation, airports, controlled airspace, restricted areas, obstructions, and related data.  Revised semi-annually (except for Grand Canyon).

VFR Terminal Area Charts

VFR Terminal Area Charts depict the airspace designated as Class B airspace.  The information found on these charts, while similar to that found on Sectional Charts, is shown in much more detail because of the larger scale.  These charts should be used by pilots intended to operate from airfields within or near Class B or Class C airspace.  Revised semi-annually
